Terms and Conditions for Shakti Souls Online Studio 1. Introduction Welcome to Shakti Souls. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of our online yoga courses, workshops, and classes (“Courses”) available on studio.shaktisouls.com.By purchasing or accessing any Course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not proceed with the purchase or use of our Courses. Shakti Souls reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website, and your continued use of the Courses constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. 2. Eligibility To purchase and participate in our Courses, you must be at least 16 years old. Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements. 3. Payment and Pricing Full payment is required at the time of purchase to gain access to the Course. Prices for Courses are listed on our website and are subject to change at any time. However, price changes will not affect confirmed purchases. Shakti Souls reserves the right to refuse or cancel any purchase if fraudulent activity, payment issues, or other irregularities are detected. 4. Access and Usage Personal Use Only All Courses are provided strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Course materials for personal educational purposes only. Sharing, distributing, reselling, sub-licensing, or otherwise providing access to the Courses or materials to any third party is strictly prohibited. Account Security Access to Courses is tied to your account on studio.shaktisouls.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details. If unauthorised access is detected, Shakti Souls reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund. 5. Copyright and Intellectual Property All Course content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, images, and audio recordings, is the exclusive property of Shakti Souls and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Course materials without prior written consent from Shakti Souls. Unauthorised use of Course materials for commercial purposes or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. 6. Refund and Cancellation Policy • Non-Refundable Purchases: All sales of online Courses are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made, no refunds, partial or full, will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the Course content, technical issues, or inability to participate. • By completing your purchase, you expressly waive your right to request a refund under any circumstances. • In cases of technical issues on Shakti Souls’ platform, reasonable efforts will be made to restore access to the Course, but no refunds will be provided. 7. No Resale or Commercial Use Purchasing a Course does not grant you the right to: • Resell or offer the Course materials to others. • Use the materials for commercial purposes, such as teaching or training others. • Use the materials in any public or private promotional activities. 8. Course Availability Shakti Souls strives to ensure uninterrupted access to its Courses but cannot guarantee availability at all times. Access may be temporarily disrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Shakti Souls is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from temporary unavailability. 9. Disclaimers No Guarantees: Shakti Souls does not guarantee specific results from participating in its Courses. Yoga and wellness outcomes depend on individual effort, health conditions, and consistency. Assumption of Risk: By purchasing and participating in any Course, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with physical activity, including but not limited to injury, discomfort, or other health-related issues. Medical Advice: The Courses are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment. If you have any pre-existing conditions, consult a healthcare provider before participating. 10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shakti Souls will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Courses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Shakti Souls’ total liability for any claim related to a Course will not exceed the amount you paid for the Course. 11. Privacy and Data Collection By purchasing a Course, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. Your personal information will only be used to facilitate the delivery of Courses, communicate updates, and improve our services. 12. User Conduct You agree not to: • Share your account login details or provide access to any third party. • Engage in disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior during live sessions or interactions with other participants or instructors. • Attempt to copy, download, or alter any Course content using unauthorized means. Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund. 13. Governing Law • These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta. • Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta. 14. Agreement to Terms By purchasing and/or accessing any Course offered by Shakti Souls, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
